What we collect
We only collect what you type into the contact form on this website: your first and last name, your email address, your WhatsApp or phone number, your country, the treatment you are interested in, and the optional message you write. We do not run advertising trackers or profiling scripts on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your data for exactly one purpose: to prepare your treatment quote and to reply to your enquiry. We do not use it to send marketing campaigns you did not ask for.
We never sell or share your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone. We do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers. Your enquiry is shared only with our partner clinic when that is necessary to prepare your treatment plan, and only to the extent needed.
How it is handled
Your form submission reaches us as an email. It is stored in our mailbox and processed by the Smivo team members working on your case. Access is limited to those people.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we are in contact with you about your treatment, and then only for as long as we are legally required to. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@smivo.net and we will take care of it.
Medical information
If you send us an X-ray or describe your dental situation, treat that as sensitive health data — we do. It is used solely to assess your case and is never published or shared outside the people preparing your quote.
